TempChecker’s User perspective reports enable the Company to monitor the actual on-site usage of their contract labor workforce.
Workforce Manager reports are available:
- By individual Temporary Employee
- By Facility
- By Department or Cost Center
- Specific Provider
With TempChecker, there is no limit to the number organizational levels a Company may setup. A company can easily create the organizational hierarchy they need to manage their workforce.
In the Base Case example shown below:
- Highland Manufacturing (HM) purchased the TempChecker Service to get a better understanding of contract labor usage.
- HM had four different Cost Centers: Assembly, Maintenance, Quality Control, and Recycling.
- HM received staffing support from two Agencies: Labor General and Upstate Jobsource.
In the Alternative 1, Highland Industries was so impressed with the results at their subordinate facility that they choose to use it for all their facilities.
- Highland Industries (HI) represents the single, senior Client or Parent.
- HI has three separate, subordinate facilities or Children.
- Each Child has multiple and different cost centers

Organization Summary:
HI had the option to individually choose which of the setup organizations they wanted to include in the report. They chose all their facilities and all their Staffing Agencies. Note each report begins with a summary of the report criteria. On this report the breaks are by individual contract worker and facility.

Again HI chose to include all facilities and all agencies. For this report the breaks by individual worker and Staffing Agency. You could easily use variations of the report compare Staffing Agencies.
Since HI setup Highland Manufacturing (HM) as an organization, they have the ability to generate a variety of reports that pertain just to their organization.

Cost Center Detail:
On this report HM will see all contract worker that worked in their cost centers. The information will be presented by individual worker, and with hours totaled by Cost Center and shift or work period. The breaks are by Cost Center.

Cost Center Summary with Chart:
This report merely summarizes the number of contract hours worked by Cost Center over the selected report period. This report also includes a graphical representation of those hours.

Provider Summary Report:
In this report HM can chose to the Staffing Agencies that are authorized to provide contract workers to them. HM chose ALL and the report shows all the workers by name. It also shows the total number of on-site hours by worker and subtotals by Agency.

Worker Detail Report:
Similar to the previous report, HM can chose which Agencies to report and they chose all. This report shows each worker by name, the time the signed in and out of each facility, and the times they signed into and out of each Cost Center in which they worked.
Highland Industries also chose to setup all their providing Staffing Agencies.
This will make it easy to resolve any invoice conflicts that may arise. These reports are from the Provider perspective but viewed and controlled by the User, Highland Industries. One agency is HI Labor General and the reports available to them include:

Organization Summary:
On this report you may choose which Facilities to include, and HILG chose all. This report shows all the contract workers that belong to HILG, that worked for any of the HI facilities. The summaries are provided by facility and the Parent.

Worker Timesheet:
This report focuses on individual workers provided by HILG and is an excellent way to structure and/or check invoices. It provides totals by contact worker, by facility.
