TempChecker permits the Staffing Agency to enter as many organizational levels as they desire.
Shown below are two examples. The first is the Provider Perspective Base Case where Ace Staffing provides contract workers to three different clients – Best, Champion, and Delta. In Alternative 1, Ace Staffing has three separate offices – Greenville, Charlotte, and Columbia, each supporting multiple clients.

Conceptually there is no limit to the number of organizational levels
The example reports tend to show more detailed information and do not show comparisons between various organizations over time, but those types of reports are available upon request.

Parent Organization Detail Report
This is a detailed report, by client and shows all activity by client for the entire Agency, all offices, all clients.
It includes multiple pages.
Parent Organization Summary Report
This report summarizes the key information from the detail report
For large Agencies this information may be summarized even more
Parent Work Detail Report
This report shows individual contract employee usage, by name, independent of which company the worked during the report period.
Parent Worker Timesheet
This report is similar to the previous to the preceding, but focuses on individual workers, by day, by client.
The second series of reports are identical to the Parent reports, but only show the information for a specific office (a Child).

The third series of reports are for each of the Agency’s clients.
