TempChecker’s time and attendance reports may be accessed by any authorized user, on any computer, anytime.
Reports are available by:
- Facility – even if there are multiple user facilities
- Cost Centers or Departments within various facilities
- Providers of contract labor (all of them) and/or subcontractors. Permits you to directly compare “on-sites” hours to “invoiced” hours.
Standard Report types include:
- Trend reports over specific time periods
- Summary reports that aggregate the collected information
- Detailed reports that show specific information for each contract worker, at each cost center, for each facility and each provider at the lowest level where it was collected.
Custom Reports:
- Your time and attendance data base already exists; as a result it is relatively easy to create new reports with the existing data.
- By design TempChecker has a sophisticated “report writer”, and we can create new, customized reports as needed.
TempChecker reports are categorized into three broad areas.
- Trend Reports
- The Company using contract workers (User Perspective Reports), off-site hourly employees, or hourly sub-contractors.
- The Staffing Agency (Provider Perspective Reports) or Subcontractor providing contract or hourly employees.
