Please enjoy this series of eight illustrations that show how the TempChecker Time and Attendance Service works.
-

Mary successfully completes all of Ace Staffing’s hiring requirements and is issued her “personal identifier.”
-

Mary is assigned to Best Distribution. She uses her “personal identifier” to sign in, using a “time clock” that is completely independent of the T&A system used by permanent employees.
-

Initially Mary is Assigned to the Order Picking department. When she arrives, she enters her “personal identifier” on a “collection device” located in that department. Later that day, Mary is reassigned to the Shipping department to fill an urgeny need. As before, when she arrives she follows the same process as before.
-

Mary completes her shift and uses her “personal identifier” to sign out using the same “time clock” as she used when she signed in to Best.
-

Periodically an administrator will download the “time clock” and all the department “collection devices” using a “transfer device.”
-

Immediately after that, he will upload the collected data on the “transfer device” to the web. This step is quick and easy.
-

At their convenience, the Best Operation’s Manager and/or the Controller review a management report showing how many contract worker hours the company has used, week to date (WTD), and in which departments. They can do this on any computer, anytime, anywhere.
-

An Ace Account Manager reviews a summary level management report showing the number of contact workers he has working, week to date (WTD) for all of his clients. This is a summary report, but he can drill down as deeply as necessary.
